Yes, the XP005L can handle many standard residential and commercial edge-cut keys, including a Schlage C123-style key, as long as you are using the correct blank and clamp setup. UHS lists the XP005L as supporting residential keys, and the included M5 clamp is described for single-sided, double-sided, and high-security keys. A Schlage C123 is a 6-pin conventional key blank in the C123 keyway family.
