Yes, the Codelocks CL5250-BS can be used with a master key system and separate change keys, but that is determined by the cylinder/keying setup, not by the keypad itself. The CL5250-BS uses a standard key override cylinder, and listings show the standard version as a 6-pin conventional cylinder with Schlage C keyway.
