The official programming unit for the TS01 sensor is the CGSULIT TPMS90. CGSULIT’s own TS01 sensor page says the TS01 is “programmable with CGSULIT TPMS90 Service Tools,” and the TPMS90 can also activate and program CGSULIT TS01 sensors.
A good secondary option is the CGSULIT TPMS80. lists the TPMS80 as a TS01 sensor programming tool for 315 MHz and 433 MHz sensors. So the safest customer-facing answer is: TPMS90 is the official setup tool, and TPMS80 is also compatible for programming TS01 sensors
