The official programming unit for the TS01 sensor is the CGSULIT TPMS90. CGSULIT’s own TS01 sensor page says the TS01 is “programmable with CGSULIT TPMS90 Service Tools,” and the TPMS90 product page also says it can activate and program CGSULIT TS01 sensors.
