The Ilco BRL-03 is a bottom rail / patch fitting lock for all-glass doors that uses a 1-5/32" mortise cylinder with a standard cam, while the CRL 777S is CRL’s standard mortise floor lock used on its 4", 6", and 10" Wedge-Lock door rails.
Both are in the same style of hardware, and both reference a 5/8" plunger-bolt format, but I do not see either manufacturer specifically listing the BRL-03 as a direct replacement for the CRL 777S. The best answer is: possibly similar, but compatibility should be verified by the exact rail cutout, lock body dimensions, bolt throw, and strike/cylinder setup before ordering.
