Yes, on the Marks USA 5PD paddleset the paddle orientation can be changed. The UHS product page for MRK-5PDFW-32D-G3-RH says the unit has variable mounting positions, the universal assemblies can be pushed/pulled vertical up or down, and the configuration is easily reversible for push or pull styles.
