The Xhorse Dolphin II XP-005L can cut SFIC / Best-style edge-cut keys, but you would typically need the optional M4 residential jaw for that job, not just the standard clamp that comes with the machine. UHS lists the XP-005L as shipping with the M5 clamp, while the separate M4 jaw is for single/double-sided and cruciform residential keys, and UHS also has a demo showing BEST A keys being cut with the M4 clamp.
For tubular keys, the XP-005L should not counted on, The supported key types listed for the XP-005L include standard, high-security, dimple, channel-track, and residential styles, but tubular is not listed, and Xhorse’s tubular-cutting tutorial is for the XP-007, not the XP-005L.
