Yes. The OBDStar MOTOMASTER scanner, SKU OBD-MOTOMASTER, supports Harley-Davidson motorcycle diagnostics and IMMO/key programming. For Harley Touring bikes, OBDSTAR lists Harley-Davidson OBD remote key programming for Touring models from 2012 and newer.
