For a 2014 Ford F-150, it may be suitable for programming a replacement key if the vehicle and key type are covered in the current Autel software.
For the ECU, the IM508S should not be confused with a full ECU flashing/programming tool. It may support IMMO-related ECU reset/adaptation, but Autel lists online coding and offline programming as “No” for this model.
