Yes, the Lonsdor K518 Pro can handle Toyota/Lexus all-keys-lost work that involves the 12-digit security/license code process on many supported Toyota models, including many vehicles up to and around 2018. It is better described as calculating/working through the required Toyota AKL authorization process, not a universal “bypass” for every Toyota security system.
