SKU 10J0400H-26-DLT is a Medeco 1-1/8" rim cylinder with a horizontal tailpiece. It may work with a Segal/jimmy-proof style lock if that lock accepts a standard rim cylinder and requires a horizontal tailpiece. Rim cylinders are commonly used with auxiliary rim locks and jimmyproof locks, but fit should be verified by door thickness, cylinder length, and tailpiece style.
