SKU MRK-2750C/3-LH is the Marks USA Thinline Series 2750C ornamental iron mortise lockset with a 1" backset, double cylinder, and left/right handing options. It is not listed with 7-7/8" center-to-center mounting holes. The installation template for the 2750 series shows the mounting hole spacing as approximately 7-1/2" center-to-center, so it may not line up with an existing 7-7/8" hole pattern.
