SKU KD-FD-38 is an HU101 #38 flip key blade, but it is specifically listed for Xhorse and KEYDIY universal remotes, not as a guaranteed replacement blade for an OEM Ford flip key remote. The 2023 Ford Maverick flip key is commonly listed with an HU101 keyway, so the blade profile may be correct, but the blade mount/roll-pin design must also match the remote shell being used.
