To update the Autel MaxiTPMS TS408, register the tool with Autel, then update it through a Windows computer using Autel’s Maxi PC Suite. Download the TS408 update software from the Autel/MaxiTPMS website, install it, connect the TS408 to the computer with the USB cable, and put the tool into Update Mode from the My Device / Update menu. Autel’s TS408 documentation notes that updates are handled through a Windows-based computer and Maxi PC Suite.
You may need an Autel account and the tool’s serial information to register it before updates appear. After the update is complete, safely disconnect the tool and restart it before using it to program sensors or check vehicle coverage. Autel lists TS408 software updates as free for the life of the tool.
