No, the 81900-3SA00 keys included with SKU KLF-IGN-HYN-L12 are not pre-programmed to your VIN. They are replacement Hyundai/Kia-style keys supplied with the ignition lock assembly and must be cut and programmed to the vehicle before they will start the car.
