No — the G3 Core doesn't support Mercedes-Benz at all, so it can't do MB trunk unlock functions.
Per the manufacturer's own FAQ, straight from AutoProPAD directly: Mercedes is not supported "in its current form," and they recommend investing in dedicated European-locksmithing training if you want to work on those vehicles. That answer applies to the AutoProPAD line generally — and the Core is the more limited of the two G3 models.
