Can't clone rolling code remotes

It may let you clone a rolling code remote but when I tried the cloned remote worked for a bit stopped working and the original remote also stopped working because it is a rolling code both remotes lost the next avaliable code in the rolling code algorithm. Also the immo programmer is incomplete and I can't even do all keys lost on the 2009 Ford explorer that I was cloning the fob for with the key tool maxs Bluetooth immo programmer function with obd tool.
