Rekeying is PIA

Rekeying is PIA - and plug was very tight, could not even get customer's brass (not nickel plated -- like how Defiant doesn't like NP keys) key to go in without force, which scratched the face of the plug. Customer did like the look, though. Hope it lasts. I'd say 3 stars, but maybe I got unlucky, as the deadbolt was fine.
