    I ordered a key fob, that never made it. FedEx told me they lost the package. I called the company to inform, and they explained as far as they were concerned that once the product left their office that it was delivered and the order was filled. That’s ridiculous, people don’t do business that way and can’t do business that way and be successful. I was very unhappy with the response. I was explained that they would attempt to reach out to FedEx and file a claim, but that’s not good enough. That shouldn’t be my problem that should be the companies problem..
