UHS Preferred Plus Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a UHS Preferred Plus Membership, you must:
Be a business customer of UHS
Have a valid UHS account
Agree to these Terms and Conditions
2. Membership Benefits
UHS Preferred Plus Members are entitled to the following benefits:
- 9.99 UPS Next Day Air Saver Flat Rate shipping on orders under 2lbs
- Priority Order Picking service
- Later overnight cutoff time of 4:30 PM EST
- 25% discount on online, on-demand recorded locksmith training courses
3. Membership Fees
The UHS Preferred Plus Membership fee is $19.99 per 30 days. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Membership Term
The UHS Preferred Plus Membership term is 30 days. The membership will automatically renew at the end of each term for an additional 30 days, unless you cancel your membership at least 5 days prior to the renewal date.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your UHS Preferred Plus Membership at any time by contacting UHS customer service. If you cancel your membership before the end of the term, you will not be refunded the membership fee.
6. Modifications
UHS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If UHS makes any material modifications to these Terms and Conditions, it will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the UHS website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and UHS with respect to the UHS Preferred Plus Membership and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and UHS.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, riots, insurrections, war, fire, flood, storm, earthquake, or governmental action.
12. Headings
The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
14. Counterparts
These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
By accepting your UHS Preferred Plus Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
