Is there any restriction or limit on the $9.99 overnight shipping?
You can use the $9.99 overnight shipping service unlimited times during your active membership. However, restrictions apply: the order subtotal (before shipping and taxes) must exceed $149, and the package must weigh less than 2lbs. This shipping offer is valid only for US domestic shipments within the contiguous 48 states
If I purchase a UHS Preferred Membership now, will I receive the membership benefits on the same order?
To take advantage of UHS Preferred Membership benefits right away, we recommend placing two separate orders. One order for the subscription and another for your desired products or services. Do I need a website account to join UHS Preferred?
Yes, you will need to have a current account or register for an account HERE and purchase a UHS Preferred Plus subscription in order to receive these benefits.
Do I have to reorder or is it recurring billing?
Yes, for the monthly plan billing recurs every 30 days from the last successful payment. For the annual plan billing recurs every calendar year from the last successful payment.
How long is the membership?
The monthly membership will last for 30 calendar days from the date of payment The annual membership will last one calendar year from date of payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, but you will not be issued a refund. Your subscription will continue for the time you have left since your last billing date. Once you cancel, you will no longer receive a recurring bill.
Can I just call my account rep and have them add it for me?
The membership service can only be purchased on the website from your account. Your account manager can walk you through the process as they do not have access to your website account.
Do I have to live in the United States?
No, you do not have to live in the United States, however shipping benefits and promotions are only available in the US 48 contiguous states. All other non-shipping related benefits remain the same for international members.

For orders placed on a Friday using this service, delivery is scheduled for Monday by the end of the day or the next available business day.
