Yes the product worked, however, the next order has had me reconsider ordering products from UHS.
Placed order on 11/12 a little after noon due to an emergency safe lockout.
I paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Product wasn’t shipped on Sunday! Then when I got the tracking it wasn’t due till Tuesday. Then FedEx said something happened and the order wouldn’t be there till Wednesday.
I called the salesman multiple times and he refused to return my call and still hasn’t.
The 2018 Honda Accord Prox wouldn’t program into the car and then I determined the battery was dead in the one UHS sent me. I was trying to hurry to the safe lockout and had to figure out why the Honda key wouldn’t work in my way out of town to get to the safe customer.
Anyway…in a time I needed the bits and remote to get here and be able to service the customer it didn’t work.
If the sales man had spoke to me on Monday, we could have sent another remote and I could have kept and paid for the other one or sent it back.
I haven’t been called back from the Honda dealership or the safe customer…
I have done about 5-10 cars a week at the dealership and they had a customer waiting on the car ti be delivered to them.
No explanation
No return call
Terrible service in timing and paying extra for it for Saturday delivery.
What am I to say… it did finally get here and the battery on the prox was dead…and didn’t need the bits after all or the scope….🤷‍♂️

Veey disappointed that UHS hardware would sell this without a power cable. At least, I did not get one and, frankly,i do not think it comes with one because the black box it came in was just enough for the platform and nothing else to fit. No user manuals, just a couple of directions at the sticker affixed at the back of it. The most important was omitted: yes, no electrical requirements information whatsoever. Why would you not peovide a power cable and forget to indicate the approximate Voltage and amperage, hence maximum power requirements to prevent overload. I thought it was safe to assume that any charger that fit would be fine. I used my snapon solus ultra scanner charger and it fried something in it. Money wasted in split second.

Poor customer care on this one Pffff.

I wanted to get the Cas 4 platform but I won't & I do not recommemd this unless a power cable is provided.
