Clearance Auction Terms and Conditions

  1. Auction Period - UHS Hardware will be hosting the Clearance Auction. The auction will feature 18 different brands, each offering items with a detailed cost breakdown and a minimum reserve price.

  2. Auction Participation - Participation in the Clearance Auction is open to all customers who comply with the auction rules and guidelines. By placing a bid, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  3. Auction Items and Reserve Price - Each item or bundle included in the auction has a minimum reserve price, which is the lowest amount at which the item may be sold. Any bids below the reserve price will not be accepted.

  4. Bidding Process -

    • All bids must be placed within the auction period. Late bids will not be considered.
    • Participants must follow the designated bidding platform and procedures outlined by UHS Hardware.
    • Bids are final and cannot be retracted once placed.
    • The highest bid at the close of the auction period, meeting or exceeding the reserve price, will be deemed the winning bid.

  5. Winner Notification and Payment

    • Winning bidders will be contacted directly after the auction closes to arrange payment and delivery.
    • Payment must be completed within 48 hours of notification. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in forfeiture of the winning bid, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted. Every subsequent winner also gets 48 hours upon notification.
    • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

  6. Delivery and Collection - 

    • Winning bidders will receive further instructions on how to collect or arrange delivery of their auctioned items.
    • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.

  7. Auction Adjustments and Cancellations -

    • UHS Hardware reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the auction at any time due to unforeseen circumstances that may impact its execution. In the event of cancellation, any payments received for unsold items will be refunded.

  8. Data Privacy -

    • All participant data will be handled in accordance with UHS Hardware’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for auction-related communications and transactions.




General Terms

  1. UHS Hardware reserves the right to disqualify any bidder suspected of fraudulent activity or violating auction rules.
  2. Any disputes arising from the auction will be resolved at the sole discretion of UHS Hardware.

  4. Participation in the Clearance Auction constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
