Warranty Coverage for Xhorse & Kukai Key Cutting Machines
All Xhorse and Kukai key cutting machines are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty from the original purchase date for the original owner. This warranty includes parts and labor for repairs on covered components. Shipping costs are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
Covered Components:
- Motors
- Motherboards
- Internal electrical components
Not Covered:
- Accessories and external parts (e.g., tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clamps)
- Consumables
- Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or theft
⚠️ Important: Damage resulting from mishandling, improper use, or accidents is not covered under warranty.
Returns & Warranty Process
Within the First 30 Days:
- Machines with a manufacturer defect that affects functionality may be returned for inspection.
- If confirmed defective, the customer may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
- Return shipping for confirmed defective units during this period will be covered by us.
- All other returns during this period are at the customer’s expense.
A defective machine is one with a manufacturing fault that impairs normal operation. Cosmetic damage, user-caused issues, or general wear are not considered defects.
After 30 Days:
- All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in sending the unit for repair.
Repair Procedure
- Open a Case: Contact our technical support team to initiate a warranty or repair claim and obtain a Case Number.
- Document the Condition: Provide clear photos or videos of the machine’s condition before shipping to verify its pre-shipment status.
- Complete the Checklist: Only send the machine itself—do not include accessories or tools. We have all necessary items for testing.
- Repair Timeframe: Repairs are generally completed within 4–5 weeks, depending on part availability. If parts are delayed, we will inform you with an updated timeline.
- Unclaimed Repairs: If we do not receive a response within 14 days after notifying you of a completed repair, a $50 storage fee will apply.
Paid Repairs Warranty
- Paid repairs include a 3-month warranty on the same issue repaired.
- If the problem recurs within this period, parts, labor, and shipping are covered at no additional cost.
- This warranty does not extend to new or unrelated issues.
Warranty Coverage & Return Policy for Programmers
(Lonsdor, Xhorse, OBDStar, KYDZ, MBE, AK90)
Warranty Details:
- Covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase for parts and labor on internal components.
- Shipping costs are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Repair services are handled overseas by the original manufacturer (not in-house).
- All repair processes must be initiated by contacting our tech support to open a case.
Important Return Policy Notes:
- Programmers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase.
- If the device has been registered, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover refurbishment for resale.
- Devices must be returned in their original condition.
- Devices are sold for professional use only; returns will not be accepted on the basis of insufficient user knowledge or improper operation.

- Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
