The 141/200 Integral DISKUS Hasp has a revolutionary design which makes it ideal for use on double wing doors for vans, trucks, gates and vending machines. The hardened steel hasp is covered with a thick Zinc plating which is then powder coated. All the mounting hardware and support plates are Eterna plated. This coating provides a 1-2 punch against the elements and provides superior rust & corrosion protection.

The included 26/70 DISKUS Padlock offers added protection against physical attack thanks to the patented hardened steel case design, and a hardened steel shackle and drill plate. The padlock body is made from 100% stainless steel and all internal components are made from brass and stainless steel for maximum corrosion protection. This combination of strength and weatherability makes the 141/200 Integral DISKUS Hasp the best hasp and lock combination on the market today and it is available in white. Keyed Alike - KA EE 0123

I like everything about it except one thing!

Bought four units for my cargo van. To install I had to first remove the door panels then using the provided template, find a location on the exterior side that wouldn’t interfere with the locking mechanisms in the interior. The cargo bolts that came with all four units were three inches long! Van steel plate is not even 1/8 inch thick! Had to go to a local hardware store to buy 24 pcs of 1 inch stainless steel cargo bolts. After three units were installed, the one thing I’m disappointed with is, I realized I can’t remove the key when the unit is unlocked! Discus needs to be in the locked position to be able to remove the key! This means I have to lock/unlock every-time I need to get something from my van! If the the fourth unit is mounted on the driver’s side, the key would need to be left engaged in the unit (hanging) while I’m driving because it can’t be removed it if not locked.
I like the units but please design something a little more practical - key system that can be removed with the discus in the unlocked position.
