Remote Technical Support
The Remote Desk application launches the TeamViewer Quick Support program, which is a simple, fast and secure remote control screen. You can use the application to receive ad-hoc remote support from Autel’s support center, colleagues, or friends, by allowing them to control your MaxiIM tablet on their PC via the TeamViewer software.

Autel G-BOX2 - Mercedes Benz & BMW Adapter For Autel Key Programmer IM508 / IM608
The Autel G-BOX2 is an adapter for Autel Key Programmer tablets like the IM508 (with XP400) and IM608, designed to streamline key programming for Mercedes-Benz DAS3 CAN EIS/EZS systems in All Keys Lost scenarios. It accelerates password calculations (4x to 8x faster), supports fast mode on vehicle and bench, reads and writes Bosch ECU data on BMW F chassis and Volkswagen MQB, and enables DME/DDE ISN reading and writing in Boot Mode for BMW. Operations are simplified, with no key insertions/removals needed for post-2009 W216/W164 models, and it reduces reading time for W204 ECU data and W207 EIS by over 85%. Bench and Boot Mode compatible, it ensures reliable performance when used with IM508 or IM608 key programmers, making it ideal for professional locksmiths handling advanced vehicle key programming.
