Bought a subscription and was given the code. The attached YouTube didnt help at all with the latest Autel updates but easy enough to figure out on the machine.

I got in a jam when my IM508 subscription was out of date and I needed to use a Toyota smart-box function. Contacted my sales rep Juan C, and he made sure my order went through. the codes to do the update were in my email within the hour.
