Misleading pictures

I hate to leave negative reviews, but here it is: the picture shows that item comes with cylinder, ordered the item only because of that (many other website sell it without the cylinder). But I got the alarm without it; called customer support and they just guided me through the page where I had to go deeper and find out the it doesn't originally come with the cylinder though picture shows the opposite. No partial refund was offered, they offered only to return it in full or purchase cylinder separately.
That's okay, I am the one who didn't pay attention, but the picture IS misleading. So this review is solely for people like me who do not always open specs list in multiple tabs before buying the item due to clear part kit picture.
I hope the alarm will last long despite all of that, I do not see any other issues with it.
