The website and even the plastic bag is was shipped in said there was an emergency key included. However the recase had a fake emergency key. Spoek with the sales desk and I believe the correct replacement key is coming but it's impossible to get someone in customer service to pick up the phone and their mailbox is always full. I need to arrange the return for mislabeled one but can't get ahold of a human being. Even tried to send an email to support but that must be lost in the abyss somewhere. It was a miracle someone on the sales desk picked up the phone and he was actually quite helpful but to return the incorrect one you need to go through customer service and they don't seem to exist. Beyond frustrating. Now if the replacement comes which was 4X more expensive- HOW DO I GET THAT RESOLVED??????
