This is the only option out there is you want to avoid the hassle of sawing holes in stainless. The quality is 5 star,

BUT.... there's a twist. This is a pull plate and a pull sold together. As sold it is expected you will mount the handle through the door (long screws are provided). I needed a pull-plate with a way to attach the pull to the plate. I was able to do this using 1/4-20x1/2" screws. However, the door requires a slight counter-bore to accommodate the screw heads (or a "dent' in the case of a metal door). It would be far better if the handles were attached to the pull plate. Still, better than having to cut the deadbolt hole.
