Ilco Key Cutting and Programming Machines are made for use in the North Amercian (U.S.A., Canada, Caribbean Islands) and Carribean Regions (Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama ). They are not intended to be used outside these regions and some models may have region locks on certain software functions and hardware may not be compatible with regional infrastructure. If you intend to purchase this for use outside of the specified regions you do so at your own risk. The manufacturer will refuse the warranty claims and may refuse software support if it is determined being used outside of the designated region.
