The I/C Rekey, Decode & Dump Tool simplifies three functions into one easy to use tool! The chamber cap and retainer sleeve staking feature holds the key cylinder and provides a place to dump the pins for decoding the core, dump the system or rekey. Includes tool body, removable inspection plug, chamber cap staking plate, sleeve retainer staking plate and holding knobs.

New to IC but not too shabby.

1st IC tool I have owned. I can say it works as described and the quality is pretty good for the price that I paid. Comparing it to the Lab annex is kinda hard though becausethey both have pros and cons.. I personally like that it's not a book style decoder. Be extremely careful when removing the decoding plug, the detent spring Is very strong and can cause you to jar it around and drop stuff.

The part that matters: This tool allowed me to get another job done and collect my dinner money. It works as described and seems like it will work for years to come with good care. Thanks everyone at UHS for all the hard work you do. Keep those deals coming
