It’s mostly plastic on the outside and lightweight. Design-wise it’s a tool not often used so should last quite awhile. The price is reasonable as well. If you understand why they’re necessary you’ll understand why plug spinners are well worth having. If you pick a lock in the wrong direction it can spin it past the shearline in the correct direction so you don’t have to repick the lock.
