The Kaba Simplex 1000 Series is a mechanical, push-button combination lock with a knob. As a mechanical combination lock, the 1000 Series is controlled through a single access code, keeping it simple to manage the code between users. The lock is easily programmed via keypad without removing the lock from the door. The main function is a cylindrical latch with a 3-hour UL/ULC fire rating on "A" labeled doors.
