    My honest review

    OK to be totally honest, overall I'm pleased I will let the future interactions determine this completely to be continued.....now as far as product I have got only part of a key bundle, finally almost 3 weeks after receiving my dolphin key cutting machine I finally received my programmer. I'm a fresh start business customer that had zero items related to this business so I truly had only 1 of several important items needed to begin and still haven't received remainder of keys, remotes, pinning tool, ect. Like I have maybe 25% of what I paid for and if I were only to pay 25% of bill they wouldn't ship my order. So with this being said if my items aren't in stock I feel like I could be offered a credit toward the purchase of in stock items or a swap out for different in stock items. Now as far as tech support I am not very familiar with programming these exact Chips/programmer but I have done Playstation, Xbox modxchips, CB radio noise toys, Direct TV access cards, DishNetwork Cards, micro controllers, ect again this isn't xhorse vvdi remotes so I'm new to it, I reached out to get some support on programming a garage remote I had issues with and got I will talk to the tech guy and get back with you. This was a week ago no reply. I also reached out thinking I had a defective transponder key upon my own research for problem became aware that you can only program 8 keys to a 2007 Jeep Compass something I feel like tech support could have taken 5 seconds to answer. I paid a little higher price to uhs thinking that the support will be worth the cost difference, so far 2 for 2 I haven't got NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE ABOUT EITHER THING. I do also feel like if as long as your spending money you get answered for example other day my assigned sales agent replied multiple times by text being I was at work up until the point I informed him that the items I inquired about I wouldn't be purchasing on the 15th of March immediately stopped replying hasn't even attempted to get back to me on my 2 issues, or all the items he assured me would be in stock in 2 days. Now this is where I have the biggest issue right now do I keep spending money with someone over and over and only get the advertised better than average tech support or move on to a company that is interested in the fact that I have spent about $3000 dollars and alot more to come, that is if I'm successful at this venture that I have literally poured my heart into making work hopefully my last career move before retirement. I think that depending on what happens following my review which is not all intended to do anything other than give the next man/woman a truthful representation of my dealings so far. Is this a repairable situation ABSOLUTELY but what happened to that old saying customers always right???? Not the case with me at UHS I can't even get a courteous call with details of my order that is now going on 6 weeks with no end in sight to being FULLFILLED. So if you want the truth or like me and had some reservation about UHS due to the glamorous reviews I read then take a careful look at my review and be informed this is my personal experience as a customer. Honestly I have gotten better tech support from Dell than I have so far again its a repairable problem but the ball is in UHS, tech support, and sales agent to fix the bad taste I'm having in my mouth about my business interaction so far.
